Customers from all over the world and local chefs: the glocal choice of an international guesthouse in the Gavi region
The glocal choice of Locanda La Raia, in the heart of Gavi region. For the international clientele of its restaurant it relys on the territory, both for the raw materials used and for its chefs coming from Novi. The excellent dishes of Locanda’s menu, taking inspiration from local traditional recipes, are served with the biodynamic wines produced by La Raia farm: three Gavi and e two Barbera types.
