Locanda La Raia is managed by Maurizio Toccalino, a native of our lands but with international experience. With his passion he makes sure that every detail reflects the spirit of Locanda and contributes to make the time spent in this Gavi corner unforgettable.
Simone and Valeria are two young chefs from the area who have gained experience in Italy and abroad. Their interpretation of the local Italian cuisine takes moves from the use of organic and biodynamic raw ingredients from La Raia farm. Their cooking boasts an authentic home feeling.
